The city has also prepared 15,098 food packs containing 5 kilos rice, 3 cans of corned beef/beef loaf, 3 pcs. Instant noodles and 6 pcs. 3 in 1 coffee to augment the needs that can no longer be covered by the barangays. As per available data, the City of Cabadbaran has more than 21,000 households. Close to 4,000 of these households are members of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and almost 11,000 households are n=beneficiaries of the Social Amelioration Program (SAP) which leaves the city with around 14,000 plus households who are not beneficiaries of any cash aid assistance program for the underprivileged and marginalized sector.
