e-BOSS is a digitalized and streamlined business processing and licensing system that will support local economic recovery after the pandemic by enticing more entrepreneurs to comply.
2. Strengthening e-BOSS through Republic Act 11032
LGUs were mandated to implement eBOSS three years upon the effectiveness of the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (RA 11032).

75.28 percent of LGUs in the country have established their own eBOSS with the automation requirements stated.
