Overview
Albay launched the "Albay Libreng Sakay: Balik Probinsiya Program" last June 4.
Around 20 buses left Albay to carry more than 500 locally stranded individuals. The buses also fetched an additional 607 Albayanos.
The local government ensured the safety of the individuals by following basic health and safety protocols and requiring them to complete all the necessary documents needed for their travel.
