Overview
The EO provides for the creation of a Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa Council, with the DILG as a member agency, to ensure whole-of-government action in implementing the program towards balance regional development, sustainable employment opportunities in the countryside decongestion of Metro Manila, and improved quality of life in rural areas. The Balik Tacloban Project (exclusive for Returning Tacloban Residents) provide a five steps procedure to insure health protocols procedure of the residents and the returnee residents.
