What do fellows say about Social Cohesion and Resilience?

Social cohesion is addressing the differences in the local government unit, the community, and the strategies on how to address their needs. Resilience, on the other hand, is when we get up in times of crisis and how you address the needs of your community.
-Ms. Eloida Labaro, Municipal Administrative/Focal Person
